Terms of Use
These terms set out the rules between you and us when you use the Planstant mobile app and planstant.com. By creating an account you accept them. If this English version and the Turkish version differ, the Turkish version prevails. Effective: 23 October 2026.
1. Who we are and scope
Planstant is developed and provided by 16X9 FİLM YAPIM BİLİŞİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (Maslak Mah. AOS 55. Sk. 42 Maslak B Blok No: 4 İç Kapı No: 542, Sarıyer / İstanbul, Türkiye · tax no. 0012062477 · MERSİS 0001206247700001). "We" means this company; "you" means the person using the app.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies, and it prevails over these terms on the licence to use the app. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- Your account is tied to your email address; you sign in with a one-time code sent to it. Do not share the code; you are responsible for activity in your account.
- You must be at least 13 to use Planstant. If you are under 18, purchases require a parent's or guardian's consent.
- Accounts are personal. Do not create an account for someone else or with false details.
- If you think someone has accessed your account, email support@planstant.com right away.
3. What the service does and doesn't do
Planstant brings planners such as budget, routines, lists, journal and events into one app, does calculations on the data you enter, sets reminders and syncs your data between devices.
Calculations and summaries rely only on what you enter and are meant to help with personal planning. Planstant is not financial, tax, legal or medical advice. Check the numbers yourself before important decisions and consult a professional where needed. Reminders depend on your phone's notification, battery-saving and focus settings; we cannot guarantee they always appear on time.
We keep improving the app and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature, we will tell Premium users in advance.
4. Free version and Premium
- Planstant's core features are free. Premium unlocks extras such as additional planners and PDF export; the purchase screen in the app shows what is free and what is Premium.
- Premium may be offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time "lifetime" purchase. Prices, including taxes, are shown in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. We never receive your payment details.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling: cancel any time in your phone's store settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and Premium stays on until then. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials, if offered, turn into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refunds: purchases are made through Apple or Google, so refund requests follow their policies (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: your order history). Because Premium is an electronic service that starts as soon as the purchase is confirmed, the exception to the right of withdrawal in Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation may apply. Your mandatory consumer rights are always preserved.
- A lifetime purchase keeps the Premium features it covers unlocked for as long as the Planstant service runs; it may not include separate future products (such as theme packs).
- Price changes are announced in advance under the store rules; the price of a subscription period you have already paid for does not change.
5. Your content
Everything you enter in planners belongs to you. You allow us to use it only to provide the service to you: storing it, syncing it between your devices, backing it up and turning it into a PDF when you ask. We do not use your content for advertising, sell it, or use it to train AI models.
Do not store content that is illegal or infringes other people's rights. When you delete your account, your content is removed from our servers within the periods in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the service for anything illegal,
- attack our servers, try to get around security or access someone else's account,
- send automated mass code requests or put abnormal load on the service,
- reverse engineer, copy, or modify and redistribute the app, except where the law allows it,
- resell, share or give away Premium or the planner templates.
7. Intellectual property and PDFs
The app, its design, planner templates, texts, and the Planstant name and logo belong to us. We give you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may print PDFs exported from the app without limit for yourself and your family and keep them. You may not sell the template designs in those PDFs as a product or distribute them as templates elsewhere. Your own content in the PDF remains yours.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service running without interruption or errors but cannot guarantee it; maintenance, updates or causes outside our control may interrupt it. Planstant works on your phone first and syncs when online, so you can reach your data offline too. We back up server data every night, but we still recommend PDF export for anything important.
If we decide to shut Planstant down, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance so you can export your data.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile button at the top right of the Today screen → Delete account) or as described on the account deletion page.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may suspend or close your account to protect the service or other users. Where possible we will warn you first and tell you why. For fees paid on an account closed without fault on our side, store policies and mandatory law apply.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on calculations or reminders in the app, for indirect losses or lost profits, or for events outside our control (such as internet, store or phone problems). This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change you can delete your account within that time; continuing to use Planstant after the effective date means you accept the new terms. The current version is always at this address.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits. For disputes with non-consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live are preserved.
