Planstant hesabını sil

Planstant uygulaması 16X9 Film Yapım Bilişim San. ve Tic. A.Ş. tarafından geliştirilir. Hesabını sildiğinde e-posta adresin, tüm planlayıcı içeriğin, oturumların ve abonelik kaydın sunucularımızdan silinir.

Uygulamadan sil (en hızlısı)

Planstant'ı aç ve giriş yap.
Bugün ekranının sağ üstündeki yuvarlak Profil düğmesine dokun.
Hesabı sil'e dokun ve Kalıcı olarak sil ile onayla.

Hesabın ve sunucudaki tüm verilerin hemen silinir; telefonundaki kopya da temizlenir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan e-postayla iste

Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden bize "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Uygulamayı yeniden yüklemen gerekmez.

Kayıtlı adresten gelmeyen taleplerde, hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için o adrese bir onay e-postası göndeririz. Talebini en geç 7 gün içinde tamamlar, sana bildiririz.

Neler silinir, ne kalır

Hemen silinir: e-posta adresin, planlayıcılarına girdiğin her şey, oturumların ve abonelik durumun.
14 gün içinde silinir: gecelik veritabanı yedeklerindeki kopyalar (yedekler 14 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir).
24 saat içinde silinir: kötüye kullanımı önlemek için tutulan IP adresi ve e-posta özeti kayıtları.
Kalır: bir KVKK başvurusu veya destek talebi yaptıysan, yanıtladığımızı ispat etmek için o yazışma en fazla 2 yıl saklanır.

Abonelik: Hesabı silmek App Store veya Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez. Ücretlendirmenin durması için aboneliği önce telefonunun mağaza ayarlarından iptal et (iPhone: Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler; Android: Google Play → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler).

Delete your Planstant account

The Planstant app is developed by 16X9 Film Yapım Bilişim San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Deleting your account removes your email address, all planner content, sessions and subscription record from our servers.

In the app (fastest)

Open Planstant and sign in.
On the Bugün (Today) screen, tap the round Profil (Profile) button at the top right.
Tap Hesabı sil (Delete account) and confirm with Kalıcı olarak sil (Delete permanently).

Your account and all server data are deleted immediately; the copy on your phone is cleared too.

Can't open the app? Ask by email

Send an email with the subject "Delete account" from the address registered to your account. You don't need to reinstall the app.

If the request comes from a different address, we'll send a confirmation email to the registered address first. We complete requests within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted, what is kept

Immediately: your email address, everything in your planners, your sessions and subscription status.
Within 14 days: copies in nightly database backups (backups expire after 14 days).
Within 24 hours: IP address and email-hash records kept to prevent abuse.
Kept: if you made a privacy or support request, that correspondence is kept for up to 2 years to prove we answered it.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your phone's store settings so you are not charged again.
